I just purchased a ready to ship holster. Now what?

Before I can ship your item, I need two measurements to ensure your product is prefect for you. First, measure from your upper back, where the center of the holster will lay, over your shoulder to the length you want the strap to meet the bag buckle. Additionally, please measure around your waist at the looseness you prefer to have a hip bag lay. I measure each strap length so it is perfect for you before shipping. How do I care for my holster?

Washing instructions are as follows: 

Please remove seraphim and crystals before washing the bag. Hand wash only, hang dry. On bags with leather elements, it is recommended to  use a wet cloth to spot clean areas without leather. Refrain from submerging leather in water if possible (not the end of the world but better to avoid), wipe with a wet cloth to clean. Seraphim can be washed via wipe as well, do not fully submerge it in water.

The wings of the seraphim are reinforced, but the edges may curl over time. To fix, slightly dampen the edges, slightly roll backwards and lay flat with weight pressing them down for 24 hours. The leather should return to original shape once fully dry. For persistent curls, use a low-heat iron with a protective cloth, or use a hair dryer to add heat after damping.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow two business days for processing time on ready to ship items after measurements have been submitted. If you require your item before a certain date, please select appropriate shipping option and correspond that date to us.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of each holster, no refunds/exchanges are offered after purchase! Please read through the details of each listing for specifics on the products before purchasing!

I think my item needs a repair... what do I do?

I will offer free repairs for issues that arise due to construction of the item, at shipping cost to the buyer! While I cannot offer repairs if damage arises from natural causes, please message me and I will do my best to help :)
